Happy Homecoming Weekend!
I just returned from the Missouri School Board Association Annual Meeting at the Lake of the Ozarks. I was our district delegate. Here are a few takeaways:
I gained valuable experience in my relatively short time at the MSBA meeting. I had a Spaulding Adoption class that I needed to attend that was scheduled last minute -- so I missed much of Friday's sessions. Then, on Saturday, I needed to leave around the lunch time. Of course, this year it coincided with Homecoming. I hope that isn't the case next year so our district can continue to learn from others across the state by having more participants next year. As a reminder, I won't be at the October board meeting due to being in Mozambique but look forward to catching up. We will have exciting things going on in the next several months! Thank you for reading! Craig
